General information for renters can be found here. In light of the financial impact that the coronavirus is having on many Tennesseans, the Tennessee Supreme Court has instructed judges not to take action to move forward cases involving eviction, ejectment, or displacement except in exceptional circumstances. If you are being threatened with eviction, call the legal helpline below or contact your local legal aid program.
