WTLS Seeks Staff Attorney

West Tennessee Legal Services seeks staff attorney with a strong commitment to delivery of high quality civil legal assistance to victims of domestic and sexual violence and stalking in rural west Tennessee. Experience directly representing domestic violence victims, including litigation experience or applicable experience preferred. The successful candidate will have experience working with or sensitivity to specialized client populations and/or experience working with or sensitivity to individuals from ethnic or language distinct communities.

Candidates must possess excellent writing and oral communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, skills sufficient to implement an array of advocacy strategies, ability to manage a caseload, ability to build collaborative relationships within the community, commitment to being a team player, ability to travel as necessary,  and ability to use computer systems including case management software.  Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Licensure in Tennessee required.   Salary DOE.  Position will remain open until filled.
